The feel of spring is finally starting to creep in, and not a moment too soon! This dress is a veritable breath of spring air. Between the sky blue background of the pink-floral print and the floaty butterfly sleeves, it’s a spring breeze personified. It would serve as a perfect guest outfit for any spring or summer weddings you may have on the horizon, charming and darling as it is.

Made of chiffon, the Primavera dress is both light and sweet. The V-neckline is neither high nor low cut, so the amount of cleavage on display will depend entirely upon your bustyness and the bra you choose to wear. There’s light gathering along the underbust seams, while the floaty sleeves are actually split from the shoulder, creating yet more movement and airiness.

The floral pattern features handpainted flowers in pinks and purples, an eye-catching display on the blue background.Gently flared, the skirt is able only to hold a slim volume petticoat for a little lift off the legs, but it flows prettily on its own if you aren’t a petti-lover. You can cinch your waist with the matching fabric belt, or leave it off altogether. It’s machine washable and closes with a hidden back zipper.

I asked for this dress in the 2XL/18 and it’s a lovely, comfortable fit. The waist flat measures just shy of 38 inches, with no stretch, while the bust can fit 44-46 inches. Those measurements do mean it sizes slightly larger than the size chart for Hell Bunny’s size 18/2XL, but as this dress is made from a no stretch fabric this isn’t unusual.
